Key Benefits & Advantages

  • High Purity & Stable Quality
    • Our elastomers, made from purified monomers in tightly controlled Japanese facilities, offer consistent quality, heat stability, low odor, and reliable performance in demanding environments.
  • Customizable Performance
    • Our elastomers come in multiple grades based on cure site monomer (active chlorine, epoxy, carboxyl), allowing tailored heat, oil, and cold resistance for specific needs. They offer superior oil resistance at high temperatures, excellent heat tolerance at a lower cost than FKM and VMQ, and remain stable in dielectric oil, ideal for EV battery cooling.
  • Enhanced AEM Replacement Option
    • A specialized grade has been engineered to deliver enhanced extrudability and high scorch resistance, serving as an efficient alternative to AEM while offering cost advantages.
  • Eco-Friendly Rubber Solution
    • All grades include a bio-based raw material, comprising up to 45% biomass content, to help support your sustainability goals.
  • Proven Track Record
    • Backed by nearly a decade of production experience and being approved by global companies throughout the world, our elastomers have a proven history of successful use in various industries. This proven reliability gives customers confidence in consistent quality, supported by one of the world’s leading suppliers of acrylic rubbers.
