Our Jobs Fall into Three Categories
Depending on experience, candidates are classified within one of the following groups:
Business Development. Business development roles include account management, business development, project management, budget generation, forecasting and management. Duties are prioritized based on each role’s focus. These roles usually require some technical background, an advanced business degree, experience with international trade or a manufacturing background.
Logistics & Sales Support. Employees whose jobs are in this category are responsible for supporting Business Development throughout all aspects of the business cycle — from processing orders to arranging logistics to collection — to support customers’ day-to-day needs. These roles do not involve travel, but they generally require some background in logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, international trade, etc.
Operations. Operation roles are straightforward in the sense that this category comprises our Finance & Accounting Department, Human Resources, Compliance and Office Managers.
